Josh is an immigration lawyer with 20 years experience in the UK and Australia. He has previously been employed only by law firms ranked by the Chambers Guide in the top band for UK immigration, including the world’s largest global immigration firm.
Josh is a solicitor admitted in England and Wales, and in New South Wales. He was awarded accreditation in the UK as a Senior Caseworker under the Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme.
In addition to his practice of UK immigration law, Josh has extensive experience as an Australian migration agent, including representing applicants in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, and more broadly in global mobility.
Josh also has extensive experience in Australia’s offshore processing of asylum-seekers in Nauru and Papua New Guinea, both as a representative and in a government role, and in applications for refugee resettlement in the United States.
Josh has a Bachelors of Arts degree with first class honours in the History of Ideas from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
